Bump and Displacement combiners in 3ds Max 2011

If you have 3ds Max/Design 2011 you may have noticed the bump & displacement combiners are missing. I've updated the adsk_Utility_Shaders.mi to include the phenomenon declarations for these to enable them in 3ds Max/Design 2011.
MAKE SURE TO KEEP A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR FILE BEFORE USING THIS!
